Global Pageant Platform
They were promoting Mrs Universe, a well known and prestigious pageant, and had already organised Mrs Universe America, which already put them in a position most people never reach.
So credibility wasn’t the problem.
What was missing was the structure to carry that forward.
There was no website anchoring the brand, and registrations were being handled manually, which meant every new enquiry turned into a chain of messages, follow ups, and back and forth.
Some people made it through that process. Others dropped off somewhere in between.
That’s where the leak was.
Not one obvious break, but small losses at each step where interest slowed down, attention drifted, or the next step wasn’t clear enough to follow through without effort.
At the same time, there wasn’t a single place where someone could land, understand what VR The Universe is, and move forward without having to piece things together themselves.
Presenting the business followed the same pattern. The pieces were there, but they weren’t structured in a way that built a clear, continuous picture.
It worked, but it relied heavily on constant manual effort to keep things moving.
